You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase when no more than one paid exam in the pack has been submitted.

Email support@learnhsk.com from the address used for your Learn HSK account. Include the approximate purchase date and the content or technical issue.
After a refund
Premium access and retakes are revoked after the payment provider confirms the refund. Saved score summaries remain visible, while premium questions and explanations become locked.
Exceptions
Consumer rights required by applicable law continue to apply. Duplicate or demonstrably unauthorized charges should be reported immediately.
